These terms govern your use of Tympo ("the app", "we", "our"), a product of Six Yellow Boxes, Lda (Portugal), a time tracking application available on the web, iOS, and Android. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide a valid email address when creating an account. You may not create accounts for the purpose of abusing the service, spamming, or any other unauthorized purpose.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Tympo, including time entries, client names, project names, notes, and settings. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
You can export your data at any time using the app's CSV export feature. You can delete individual entries or request full account deletion by contacting [email protected].

We strive to keep Tympo available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may need to perform maintenance, update features, or address technical issues that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service downtime.
Tympo offers a free plan with unlimited clients, projects, and time entries. Additional features are available through a Pro subscription. Pricing and feature details are displayed in the app and on our website.
Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You can manage your subscription, update payment methods, or cancel at any time through the customer portal accessible from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro features until then.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
If you are unsatisfied with your Pro subscription, contact us within 14 days of payment for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are provided at our discretion.
Tympo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or €50, whichever is greater.
We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using Tympo, you consent to the data practices described in that policy. We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The Tympo application, including its design, code, themes, and branding, is the intellectual property of Six Yellow Boxes, Lda. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the application.
You may stop using Tympo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service, with reasonable notice where possible. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Portugal.
